Chicken Maryland slowly cooked in Chardonnay and
finished with creme fraiche, apples & mushrooms


Salmon Lightly Smoked
with crushed peas, quinoa feta, spring beans & mint

Heirloom Beetroot Borek (baked filled pastry)
with radicchio, whipped Camembert & smoked buttermilk    

Lunch is served with a glass of Rochford Wine
& Filtered Tea or Coffee
