Your Guide and Transport
Your driver, who will also be your knowledgeable tour guide, will pick up you and your guests at your Melbourne offices/location. You can then sit back and relax during the drive to the Yarra Valley, situated just one hour from the Melbourne CBD. Feel free to ask our guide any questions about the Yarra Valley, or simply chat within your group. Our vehicle fleet for corporate group wine tours consists of Mercedes Benz vehicles, except our 20 seater which is a Toyota. All of our minibuses and air conditioned and comfortable, ensuring you’ll experience a relaxing ride. There’s even a fridge that can be used to store any cheese and chilled wine purchases on the way back home!

Is lunch included?
Yes! Our corporate wine tasting tours of the Yarra Valley include a one course restaurant lunch. On a private tour, you are welcome to add an entree and/or dessert and dine at your favourite restaurant/winery! Enquire for more details and pricing.
Can I book a tour for any day of the year?
Yes, we run our corporate wine tours almost every day of the year, with the exception of Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year’s Day.
What if I have a smaller group?
If your group is on the smaller side, the price per person will rise. An alternative is to join one of our group tours to reduce the cost.
What is the duration of this tour?
The tour departs Melbourne at approximately 9:00am and returns around 5:00pm or 5:30pm (8 to 8.5 hours). If your group is departing from the Yarra Valley, the tour leaves around 9:45am and returns around 4:00pm.
How many people can book?
We cater for corporate group wine tours of between 10 and 35 guests.
